This disabled teen may not have found the technology to help her communicate if she didn't love Justin Bieber so much.

Melissa Wallace is a typical high school student. She's into make-up, shopping, and she is Justin Bieber's number one fan.

However, unlike most girls her age, Melissa is unable to speak and has very limited mobility.

A few years ago, Melissa's life changed forever when her speech therapist discovered new technology called Tobii that allows Melissa to communicate using her eyes.
