5-Year-Old Helps Feed 18,000 People

5-year-old Phoebe became sad after seeing a hunger person holding a cardboard sign on the street. She decided she wanted to help feed these people and knew that she could raise money by recycling cans, because her dad would bring her to trade cans for cash on the weekends.
