A simple exchange between a man and a boy on the New York City subway is melting hearts across the internet.

In a series of videos that were uploaded to Facebook by Kia Tatiyana Davis, a man can be seen playing some kind of game on his phone.

As he plays, a curious little boy starts to peer over his shoulder.

When the man takes notice of his young neighbor's interest in the game, he smiles and hands the phone to the boy so they could play the game together.

"What I witnessed today on the train. I almost cried y'all," wrote Davis.

The small act of kindness and friendship has already been viewed over 1 million times.
