After Getting $100 Tip for Returning $187,000, Cabbie Gets Huge Rewards From Others
If you thought the Boston cab driver didn't get a big enough tip for returning $187,000 in cash to a man who left it behind, you are not alone.
When an arsonist attacked a shop catering to immigrants of Eastern European, the people of Norwich, England responded with a "love bomb" -restoring the shop and raising nearly $35,000 for repairs.
Someone broke a window and set fire to Sorina Abraham's "Village Shop" early Friday morning. Police are looking into the likelihood the attack was spurred by anti-immigrant sentiments.

On Saturday, neighbors gathered for what they called a "love bombing" - helping clean up the damage and leaving messages of peace, love, and solidarity tacked to the boarded-up shop window.
People wrote their notes, on heart-shaped slips of paper, in languages ranging from Romanian to Russian, German to Chinese.
"I am so pleased. It's not about the money, but about the kindness," Andreea Abraham, the owner's daughter told the Eastern Daily Press. "People are showing support and that's really nice. I just want to thank them and I hope whoever did this to us sees the support we have."
