The voice of Otto von Bismarck, one of the 19th century's most important figures has been identified as one recorded on a wax cylinder more than 120 years ago.

Vienna, Austria was ranked the second most livable city and Helsinki, Finland was the other European city in the top ten, taking the number 8 spot.
Auckland, New Zealand was rated number 10.
