Father's Letter to Macy's CEO Leads to Diaper Changing Table in Men's Room
A baby's diaper was not the only thing changed after a father learned there was no way to clean up his infant in the men's room of a huge department store.

All 1,381 of it's employees received a $100,000 year-end bonus this year.

After an obviously good year for the company, CEO Jeff Hilldebrand, and president Greg Lalicker decided to hand out the checks. Employees call them "great motivators."
Receptionist Amanda Thompson told KRIV News they inspire workers to never give "any less than 100% each day."
Unfortunately, the Houston, Texas-based company is making their money by fracking for natural gas in places like Ohio, where their wells were determined to have caused a rare earthquake there along a geographic fault.
This is the second time Hilcorp has handed out big bonuses, having met their grown goals for the last five years. In 2010, every worker was rewarded with the choice of a $50,000 car or a $35,000 check.
