Gym Gives Free Lifetime Pass to Refugee Boy Staring Longingly Through the Window
After a boy's heart-wrenching photo went viral on social media, the owner of a local gym became determined to help grant his wish.
Holly Butcher was a 27-year-old Australian woman who recently passed away from a rare blood cancer.
Before she succumbed to the disease, however, the Grafton, New South Wales resident posted a list of life lessons to Facebook.
All while speaking very blatantly about her own mortality, Butcher writes about everything she has learned to appreciate in life; from music and desserts, to spending time with loved ones.
The self-described "note before I die" was published the day before she passed away on January 4th – and it has already inspired thousands of people to live their lives with a little more kindness and deliberation.
