Pit Bull on the Verge of Euthanization Given 2nd Chance by Police
This pawsitively precious pit bull was about to be euthanized – that is, until he became the best narcotics pup in his class.
After this husky tried to walk out of the store with a loaf of bread but was caught – he came back with a doggie partner to try again!
This robber must be barking mad to think he can walk out of a store without paying for a loaf of Wonder Bread – but then again, he didn't have a wallet… or hands, for that matter.
The sneaky pup was filmed by security footage at a Dollar General store in Shafter, California attempting to leave with a bag of bread in its mouth.
Though an employee was able to seize the product before the dog made a dash for the exit, she later returned for the product with an accomplice: another husky.
Except this time, they were taken into custody by animal control. The Shafter Police Department posted photos of the guilty pups on Facebook in hopes that they would be claimed by their owners.
The bread bandits have since been identified and picked up by their respective family members.
