Being a good sport, Mr. Larck played the part and made small talk about typical Kris Kringle stuff: a lack of grass at the North Pole, Sophie's nail job, and Santa's cookie rations.
Roger's wife Robin posted on Facebook that it was not the first time he has been mistaken as the man in the red suit—and he grows his beard out every year just for the occasion.
