New Orleans Levees Repaired as Storm Season Starts
The US Corps of Engineers has finished repairing the 169 miles (270 km) of battered levees around New Orleans in time for hurricane season.
With growing worries about dwindling supplies of fish, negative effects on the ocean and coastal environments, and concerns about pesticides, sustainable seafood practices are gaining momentum in the United States.
