A man who was left severely disabled after he was hit by a car in Northampton is now enjoying a career as a DJ, thanks to the use of a specially-adapted wheelchair, and his friend who created the computer program that runs it.

A man who was left severely disabled after he was hit by a car in Northampton is now enjoying a career as a DJ, thanks to the use of a specially-adapted wheelchair.

Tim Maguire, aged 27, has always wanted to be a DJ. After completing a diploma in music at Northampton College in 2009, his friend, Pete Cooper, designed a special computer program for him to DJ using two head switches on his wheelchair.
