Watch Lonely Rescued Cockatoo Find Happiness Swinging From Woman's Ponytail
It's impossible not to smile when watching this fun-loving cockatoo get the pep back in his step by swinging from a volunteer's ponytail.

Snowball the cockatoo was distraught after a plethora of health issues forced his owner to surrender him to a bird sanctuary - but he has finally gotten his strut back after being introduced to a woman's ponytail.

In a video released by the Rhode Island Parrot sanctuary, the 22-year-old Goffin's cockatoo can be seen showing off his newfound hobby: swinging back and forth from Erica Collins's luscious locks.

"Out of the blue, Snowball flew to my ponytail and just started swinging. Once he had started he kept doing it," Collins told the Daily Mail. "I remember thinking, 'He better not bite my butt!' He was having a great time and didn't want to stop."

Snowball is now roommates with over 80 different rescue birds at the sanctuary and he is just one of the many occupants who is ready to be adopted into a new forever home.
