Doctors told him that if the ball would have hit an inch to the left it could have severed both optical nerves and fully blinded him. An inch to the right and it could have hit his frontal lobe and killed him.

An inch to the right and it could have hit his frontal lobe and killed him.

"When they tell you that, there's no other way to think about it," he said. "I'm still here. I can still see my kids. I can still play golf."
