In Midst of National Malaise, Brazil is First Team to Qualify For World Cup
Brazilian soccer fans are going nuts over their team's achievement in becoming the first in the world to qualify for the 2018 World Cup.
Singing the national anthem before a game is possibly the most patriotic part of any sports event – especially if it isn't even your own national anthem.
While remaining totally unfazed, the singer simply took a step back from the obsolete equipment and started conducting all 18,000 hockey fans within the Rogers Place arena in a rousing rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner".
Despite a large percentage of the audience being Canadian, the crowd knew every word.
Though the Ducks went on to win 6-3, it's safe to say that the Edmonton succeeded in proving how nice Canadians really are.
